Ty La1000 Lamp

Question by Pep: I have a Panasonic PT56LCZ70 56″ TV. While watching TV, it will just shut off, then shut back on.?
Sometimes it takes just a few seconds to come back on, while other times it takes up to 5 minutes! It happens so randomly. Sometimes I could watch TV for a couple hours and nothing, or I can just turn on the TV and watch for a few minutes then it starts happening. Sometimes it turns off once, or sometimes it’s turning off and on every couple minutes! It’s something to do with a power supply or the lamp or anything else?

The lamp is the problem on the TV. It has a 5 years parts and 3 years labor warranty (soon to be 4). Call Panasonic (800)211-7262 (open everyday, on Saturday, it is open 10am – 7pm) .. Explain the problem and have them set up service. It is a unique lamp and has to be serviced to be replaced.
